Our work is to prepare companies to withstand the scrutiny of institutional investors before they enter a formal fundraising process. We advise management teams on how their business will be evaluated by professional capital, and we address the gaps that would otherwise surface in diligence.
The perspective is informed by how capital is actually deployed within institutional investment committees. That vantage point is what distinguishes the practice from advisory firms that operate outside the investment decision.
OUR practice
Our primary engagement is Institutional Readiness Advisory: a fixed-scope preparation of a company for the scrutiny of institutional capital. It is the work we are most often engaged for, and the standard against which the rest of the practice is built.
We also advise clients beyond the initial mandate, where the relationship continues naturally. In the period following a successful round, through strategic restructurings, and on the sale of a business. These engagements are offered selectively, most often to companies we have already worked alongside.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We work with a limited number of companies that meet institutional criteria.
Raising £1M to £100M or more. Revenue generating or late-stage pre-revenue. With existing investor engagement, or preparing to initiate it. Led by management teams that expect institutional execution standards of themselves.
We are not designed for early-stage founders seeking introductory capital access.
